Order Processing

All orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment system, powered by AutoDS.

Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be sent directly to our supplier for processing.

Processing time usually takes 1–3 business days (this may vary depending on the supplier and product availability).
Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and supplier:

United States: 7–15 business days

Canada, UK, EU: 10–20 business days

Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

Rest of World: 15–30 business days

Tracking Information

Once your order has been fulfilled by our supplier, AutoDS will automatically update your order with a tracking number.

You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.
Multiple Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the supplier. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.
Delays & Customs

Shipping times may be affected by customs, holidays, or global shipping delays outside of our control.

We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.
Lost or Stuck Orders

If your order does not arrive within 45 days (60 days for international orders), please contact us and we will assist with reshipment or refund, depending on the case.
