Shipping Policy (Shopify + AutoDS)

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed automatically through our fulfillment system, powered by AutoDS.

  • Once your payment is confirmed, your order will be sent directly to our supplier for processing.

  • Processing time usually takes 1–3 business days (this may vary depending on the supplier and product availability).

Shipping Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and supplier:

    • United States: 7–15 business days

    • Canada, UK, EU: 10–20 business days

    • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days

    • Rest of World: 15–30 business days

(Please note: these are average estimates. Some products may arrive faster, while others may take slightly longer depending on supplier stock and shipping method.)

Tracking Information

  • Once your order has been fulfilled by our supplier, AutoDS will automatically update your order with a tracking number.

  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on the supplier. You will receive tracking details for each shipment.

Delays & Customs

  • Shipping times may be affected by customs, holidays, or global shipping delays outside of our control.

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by your country.

Lost or Stuck Orders

  • If your order does not arrive within 45 days (60 days for international orders), please contact us and we will assist with reshipment or refund, depending on the case.
